All creative work, designs, code, and materials produced by Zubnex remain the property of Zubnex until full payment has been received. Once payment is completed, ownership or usage rights are transferred to the client as specified in the agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zubnex may display completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials for demonstration purposes.

Both Zubnex and the client agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or commercial information shared during a project. Such information will only be used for project delivery and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
